Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat shipping fee of € 4.90 per order.

From an order value of 90,00 € we deliver free of charge.

Parcels are sent by DHL (with tracking number).

Deliveries to European countries and EU:

We charge a flat rate of € 14.90 per order for shipping abroad to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Austria.

For Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway: Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees for export, import and customs as well as import VAT. These costs shall be borne by the customer. The customs documents are attached to the package.

From an order value of € 180.00 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Parcels are shipped by DHL (with tracking number).

Deliveries to countries outside Europe:

We charge a flat rate of € 39.99 per order for shipping abroad to the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, USA, Venezuela, United Arab Emirates.

Parcels are sent by DHL (with tracking number).


Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the order will be shipped within 3 working days from Hamburg, Germany. As a rule, the goods are delivered within

• Germany within 3-6 working days
• International deliveries to Europe within 5-9 working days
• International deliveries to North America within 9-15 working days
• Deliveries abroad to South America within 10-18 working days
• Deliveries abroad to Australia/New Zealand within 12-20 working days

after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
