Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Deliveries within Germany: 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.

For orders of €69.00 or more, we ship free of charge.

Parcels are shipped via DHL (with tracking number).

Deliveries to European countries and the EU:

We charge a flat international shipping fee of €14.90 per order to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Austria.

For Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, please note: for deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional charges for export, import and customs, as well as import VAT, may apply. These costs are borne by the customer. The customs documents are attached to the parcel.

For orders of €99.00 or more, we ship free of charge.

Parcels are shipped via DHL (with tracking number).

Deliveries to countries outside Europe:

We charge a flat international shipping fee of €39.99 per order to the following countries:

Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Israel, Japan, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, USA, Venezuela, United Arab Emirates.

Parcels are shipped via DHL (with tracking number).

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, your order is shipped within 3 business days from Hamburg, Germany. As a rule, delivery of the goods takes place within:

• Domestic (Germany): 3–6 business days
• International deliveries to Europe: 5–9 business days
• International deliveries to North America: 9–15 business days 
• International deliveries to South America: 10–18 business days 
• International deliveries to Australia/New Zealand: 12–20 business days 

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
