Our textiles are primarily leisure clothing for men and women who live out the hobby of RC and model building. We want your

What is the quality of RC-WEAR products?

We have high standards for the quality of our products. That's why we use high-quality fabrics and durable print and embroidery motifs.

Who is behind the RC-WEAR brand?

Founder Max Philipp Münker started the company in September 2024. Max previously worked for the RC companies Staufenbiel and Horizon Hobby in Hamburg. After setting up his own business in 2018 and continuing to work freelance for many customers in the RC industry, he developed the idea of ​​RC-WEAR. He was fed up with carelessly printed, funny run-of-the-mill sayings on T-shirts. He wanted to create something high-quality, sustainable and stylish for hobbyists. A kind of streetwear for RC freaks - RC-WEAR was born.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship your package within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. However, in exceptional cases, delays may occur. If you have not received any information about your shipment after this period, please contact us.

Delivery & Shipping

Which countries does RC-WEAR deliver to?

We ship from Germany to all European countries, as well as large parts of North America, South America and Australia. You can find an overview of shipping and all countries here.

My order is incomplete

Please contact us by email at mail@rc-wear.eu, stating your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where is my package?

You can find the current status of your shipment in the order confirmation that you received from us by email.

You will also receive an email with the DHL tracking number after your order has been shipped.

There you will also find information about the expected delivery time. We usually ship orders within 1-3 working days.

Please note that we have no influence on the exact delivery process. Therefore, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any special requests regarding a delivery time window.

Returns & Exchanges

The item I ordered doesn't fit

Please DO NOT return items unsolicited.

We only accept returns if items are unworn and unwashed.

Please contact us by e-mail to register a return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further information. Please note that in this case you have to bear the costs for the return shipment. You are free to decide which shipping company is used to return the goods.

However, if you exchange the item for a different size, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

I received an incorrect item

Please DO NOT return items unsolicited.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us by e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further information. In this case, you will not be charged for returning the wrong item.

We only accept returns if items are unworn and unwashed.

I received a defective item

Please DO NOT return items unsolicited.

If you have received a defective item, please contact us by e-mail. We will get back to you as soon as possible with further information. In this case, you will not bear any costs for returning the defective item.

Within what period of time must returns be sent back?

After receiving the goods, you have 14 days to register a return. You can find further information here.

Where do I send returns?

Please never send back unsolicited returns. Please send us an e-mail in advance. We will check the returns and send you further information.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?

In the case of defective items or incorrect deliveries, we generally cover the shipping costs.

If you simply want to exchange an item, because you need a different size or because you don't like the product, we will not cover the return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping costs for re-sending the replacement item.

You are free to choose which shipping company you use to return the goods.

When will I receive a refund for a return?

You will receive your refund for your return within 14 days of sending it back. We will use the same payment method you used to place your order for the refund.
